8 injured as crackers burst in Chiru fans' rally
Kakinada, Aug 17 (UNI) Eight people suffered severe burns when crackers kept in an autorickshaw suddenly burst during a rally, organised by the Chiranjeevi Youth Association to celebrate the actor's foray into politics, in the town today.
Police said the mishap occurred when the rally was approaching the Subhadra Arcade Junction here.
All the injured were admitted to a corporate hospital, near here.
The autorickshaw was completely damaged in the incident.
