Moily to inaugurate 'Gandhi Patham' programme

Hyderabad, Aug 16 (UNI) AlCC In-charge of Andhra Pradesh affairs M Veerappa Moily will inaugurate the 'Gandhi Patham,' a state-level one-day orientation programme for party workers, tomorrow at KJR Gardens near Parade Grounds in Secunderabad.

Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy would address the valedictory session while APCC President D Srinivas would preside over the inaugural function, a press release said here.

A detailed discussion on government programmes, achievements and other organisational matters would take place. Around 300 selected delegates were expected to participate in the function.

Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee observed the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister and former PCC President Kotla Vijayabhaskara Reddy at Gandhi Bhavan.

PCC General Secretary G Niranjan garlanded the portrait, and other leaders paid floral tributes to the departed leader.
