Two army personnel injured in LOC blast in Kargil

Srinagar, Aug 14 (UNI) Two Army personnel were injured when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded near the Line of Control (LoC) in Kargil sector, official sources said.

They said a group of Army personnel was patrolling the LoC when an IED exploded resulting in injuries to two soldiers.

They were admitted to hospital.

It was not immediately known who had planted the IED there.
