Two killed in explosion; bomb factory sealed
Dehra Dun, Aug 13 (UNI) The local administration has ordered closure of the ordnance factory in Raipur area of the city, after an explosion occurred today killing two workers.
District Magistrate Rakesh Kumar said he has given the order to seal the factory under section 133 of the IPC.
The owner Dinesh Jain, supervisor Rahul Mehrotra, Pradeep Vaishisht and floor man Chote Lal have been arrested, he added.
According to the District Magistrate, orders have been given earlier to sealed the factory after a similar incident in 2007 killed five workers.
