India warns Pak to stop making ''illegal'' remarks on J and K
New Delhi, Aug 13 (UNI) India today warned Pakistan to stop ''forthwith'' making ''illegal and gratituous'' remarks on Jammu and Kashmir, saying it was not too late for Islamabad to desist from the course of action they have embarked upon.
The statement by India follows a resolution adopted by the Pakistan National Assembly today condemning the killing of Hurriyat leader Sheikh Abdul Aziz in Kashmir and expressing solidarity with Kashmiri people.
The resolution also urged the international community to use its good offices to end ''atrocities" on the Kashmiri people.
This is the second such resolution passed by the Pakistani Senate during the past week.
In a strongly-worded statement XXX picking up second para of External--Intro-India-Pakistan.
