NHB to acquire 12.5 pc stake in Mahindra Rural Housing

Mumbai, Aug 12 (UNI) Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of M &M Financial Services Limited, today said the National Housing Bank will acquire 12.5 per cent stake in the company.

A subscription agreement has been signed between the two companies and as per the agreement NHB will participate in the first two year capital raising programme of the Mahindara Home Finance, an M &M release said today.

However, the deal ammount was not mentioned in the statement.
