Heavy to very heavy rains likely at ghat areas

Pune, Aug 11 (UNI) Heavy to very heavy rains are likely to occur at a few places, with extremely heavy falls at isolated places over ghat areas during the next 24 hours.

Heavy rainfall is also likely at a few places, with very heavy falls at isolated places, in all the districts of Konkan and Goa during the same period, according to forecast for Maharashtra, excluding Vidarbha and Goa.

Heavy to very heavy rains are also likely at isolated places of Madhya Maharashtra and all the districts of Marathwada during the same period.

OutLook: Decrease in rainfall activity.
