Three seriously injured in road accident
Barrackpore, Aug 10 (UNI) Three persons, including a rickshaw-puller, were seriously injured when they were knocked down by a private car on the Sodepur station road under Khardah police station in North 24 Parganas this morning.
Police said the accident occurred when a Kolkata-bound bus of route no 78 hit a private car which in turn knocked down the rickshaw, leaving its passengers and the puller injured.
The injured were admitted to the Panihati State General Hospital nearby, police added.
