Court refuses bail to BSFSC officials

Patna, Aug 9 (UNI) A special court here today turned down the regular bail pleas of eight officials, including a District Manager of Bihar State Food Supply Corporation(BSFSC), in a corruption case.

Special vigilance judge of Patna S K Panwar refused to release the accused on regular bail.

The case was relating to financial irregularities of over Rs 32 lakh in BSFSC office of Gaya district during 2007-08.

The FIR of the case was registered on July 3, 2008.
