Two killed, six injured in Kashmir road accidents
Srinagar, Aug 6 (UNI) Two people were killed and seven injured in separate road accidents in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.
The sources said a three-wheeler hit and injured Ghulam Hassan Para at Dab Ganderbal. The injured was admitted to Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) at Soura, where he succumbed.
One Mushtaq Ahmad Ganie, who was injured in a road accident on July 28 at Kanthbagh, Baramulla, died in SKIMS Soura.
They said five passengers were hurt, when their vehicle overturned near Repora in the central Kashmir district of Badgam.
The injured were hospitalised.
An Army vehicle, on way to Srinagar from Sonamarg, turned turtle at Margund Kangan in Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to Jawan Pataf Singh. He was admitted in base hospital here.
