Patna, Aug 06 (UNI) The RJD today ridiculed the claim of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar that UPA would not open its account in the state in coming Lok Sabha election, saying it was an indication of NDA government resorting to largescale booth capturing during the husting.

In a release issued here, party national spokesman Shyam Rajak alleged that the Nitish Kumar government was engaged in massive administrative reshuffle for the last one month aiming at placing the favourite officers in key positions to rig the election.

''It appeared that Mr Kumar was satisfied with the arrangements of booth capturing in the name of administrative reshuffle and was predicting doom for the UPA in Lok Sabha election,'' he remarked.

'' Shaken by not so encouraging feed backs from district board members and party workers about the prospect of NDA in Lok Sabha election in the state, Mr Kumar had no option but to issue such statement in a bid to keep morale of his party workers high'', Mr Rajak said.

The RJD leader pointed out that people of Bihar would not spare the NDA leaders in Lok Sabha election as the Nitish Kumar government had abjectly failed in fulfilling its pre-poll promises.
