10 killed, 4 hurt in two different accidents
Chennai, Aug 6 (UNI) Ten people, including two women, were killed in two different road accidents in Tamil Nadu today.
Seven farm workers, including two women, were killed and four injured, when the mini-van in which they were travelling collided with a truck near Ambur in Vellore district of the state early today.
In another accident near Krishnagiri, three youths were killed when they were fatally knocked down by a truck. The victims were travelling in a two-wheeler, when they were hit by a speeding truck. All the three died on the spot, police said.
