HC issues notice to Sanjay Dutt and Manyata in marriage case
Mumbai, Aug 5 (UNI) Bombay High Court today issued notice to Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and his wife Manyata, directing them to file a reply on a petition filed by Mehraj-ur-Rehman Shaikh, Manyata's ex-husband, challenging their marriage.
Justice Abhay Oak, while issuing the notice, adjourned further hearing for four weeks till Dutt and Manyata file a reply.
In his petition, Shaikh had also challenged the order passed by the Sessions Court few months back, which had declared Manyata's marriage to Dutt legal.
He has prayed the high court to quash the Sessions court order.
