HP celebrates 102nd birth anniversary of YS Parmar

Shimla, Aug 4 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh today celebrated 102nd birth anniversary of Himachal's first Chief Minister late Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar at historic Ridge Maidan here.

Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, state Congress president Kaul Singh Thakur, Horticulture Minister Nariender Bragata and other Cabinet members offered floral tribute at Dr Parmar's statue.

Dr Parmar's son, Kush Parmar and his daughter-in-law were also present on the occasion.
