AMP Capital to invest Rs 200 cr in Gayatri Projects subsidiary

New Delhi, Aug 4 (UNI) Gayatri Projects Ltd (GPL), a construction firm, today said Mauritius-based AMP Capital Finance will invest Rs 200 crore in Gayatri Infra Ventures Ltd (GIVL).

GIVL, involved in the transport infrastructure sector, is the wholly-owned subsidiary of GPL.

GIVL has entered into a definitive agreement with AMP Capital towards this effect, it said in a statement.
