Unclaimed baggage creates flutter at airport

Tiruchirapalli, Aug 3 (UNI) The security staff and others at the International airport here went into a tizzy after they found an unclaimed baggage yesterday, police said today.

They said the CISF personnel carefully examined the baggage, but found no explosive materials.

Later, it was revealed that the baggage belonged to one Periyasamy of Pudukkottai, who arrived here from Colombo.

The airport authorities handed it over to him with a stern warning, the police added.
