ING Vysya opens 6 branches in Delhi
New Delhi, Aug 3 (UNI) As part of its expansion plans, Bangalore-based ING Vysya Bank has opened six new branches in the national capital, taking the network to 20 branches.
The Bank will open 56 new branches by October this year, including these six branches, which will take the number to 453 across the country, ING Vysya Bank Country Head (Retail Banking) Uday Sareen said.
Out of these 56 branches, 36 will be opened in the northern and eastern parts of the country, while 13 in the western India.
The Bank also launched the country's first Formula One sports-based financial product--ING Formula Savings Account-- a new variant of the savings bank account offering a host of features and benefits.
''The Formula Savings Account brings together speed, thrill of F1 and convenience of banking-- all packed into one. The richness of the product experience stems from using the power of technology,'' Mr Sareen said .
Referring to the revision of deposit rates, Bank's Managing Director and CEO Vaughn Richtor said the Bank is reviewing to increase the deposit rates and will soon take a final call in this regard.
