Hizb commander surrenders in Jammu

Jammu, Aug 5 (UNI) A self-styled 'area commander' of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen militant outfit today surrendered before the security forces in Gul area of Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district.

The HM's area commander' of Gul, Abdul Rashid Chandel, 38, resident of Banj, surrendered before 58 Rashtriya Rifles (RAJPUT) and J &K Police, defence spokesman Lt Col S D Goswami said.
