PATA Travel Mart in Hyderabad from September 16

New Delhi, Aug 1 (UNI) India will host the PATA Travel Mart 2008 in Hyderabad from September 16 to 19.

It will be followed by the PATA Board of Directors Meeting from September 19 to 21.

Both events will be held in Hyderabad International Convention Centre.

Tourism and Culture Minister Ambika Soni is scheduled to attend the inaugural function of the event.

The PATA Travel Mart is a prestigious tourism marketing event designed to bring international buyers from around the world and sellers from the Pacific Asia Region together, with the objective of increasing tourist arrivals to the region.

The PATA Travel Mart in Hyderabad is expected to be attended by about 1,000 buyer and seller delegates from the world over.
