Mobile saves heart of Ahmedabad blast victim
Ahmedabad, Aug 1 (UNI) Carrying mobile close to the chest might be harmful for the heart, but in the recent bomb blasts here, the instrument in fact turned out to be the saviour of the vital organ.
Sailesh Basia was hit by splinters from the explosions in Raipur Chakka. However, the splinters failed to cause any injury to his heart as it was sheilded by the mobile kept in the chest pocket.
The story of the miraculous escape was told by Sailesh's doctors to Jamiat Ulema-E-Hind Maulana Asad Madani when he visited him in Hospital here yesterday.
The Jamiat chief visited three hospitals in the city to enquire after the health of the blast victims.
