Maruti's July sales grow 1.1 per cent

New Delhi, Aug 1: Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, country's largest carmaker on Friday, August 1 said its sales in July rose 1.1 per cent, the slowest in the last four months.

The automaker sold 58,543 cars, vans and sport-utility vehicles last month compared to 57,909 a year earlier, the company said in a statement. Domestic sales grew 0.1 per cent to 52,911 vehicles, while exports climbed 11 per cent to 5,632 units, it added.
