Titan Industries Q1 net zooms 154.90 pc

New Delhi, Jul 31: Leading watchmaker Titan Industries Ltd said its net profit rose to Rs 32.22 crore for the quarter ended June 2008 as compared to Rs 12.64 crore during the corresponding period a year ago, posting a whopping 154.90 jump.

Total income has increased 23.27 per cent to Rs 811.14 crore for the first quarter of this fiscal, against Rs 658 crore over the same period last year, the company said in a statement.
