Scarlett's mother to depose before CBI

Panaji, Jul 31: The Mother of British teenager Scarlett Eden Keeling, who was allegedly raped and murdered on Anjuna Beach in Goa on February 18, is likely to depose before the CBI here next week.

Ms Fiona Kackeown's counsel Vikram Verma told sources on Wednesday, July 30 evening that she got a visa and was expected to arrive here from London next week to interact with the CBI, which was handling the case following her complaint. He said he was likely to move a petition before the court seeking the handing over of Scarlett's internal organs which had been kept with the police for further verification after the authorities had conducted two post-mortems.
