Aggarwal is Secretary of Sainik Welfare

Shimla, Jul 30 (UNI) Mr B K Aggarwal, Secretary to the Chief Minister and Language, Arts and Culture shall gets additional charge of Secretary, Sainik Welfare, an official spokesman today stated.

The Sainik Welfare Department had been created by the State Government recently.
