Ukraine offers low-cost medical degree
Kakinada, Jul 29 (UNI) The study of medicine in Ukraine is comparatively cheaper, Dr Lulia Valerivna Martovitskaya, Dean, Admissions Department, Zaporozhye State Medical University, claimed today.
Addressing a press conference here, she said there was no capitation fee and the six-year medical degree course would cost only Rs 12 lakh.
Explaining the facilities available at the University, she said the medium of instruction was English. The degree was recognised by the Medical Council of India, UK and USA, and valid in 44 countries, including in West Asia Africa and Latin America, she added.
Dr Divya Sunitha, Foreign Representative of the University, said admissions were routed through Kakinada-based NEO Educational Institute. The institute had branches in all over India, she added.
