National Workshop on applications ofLogistic regression from July 30

Manipal, July 29 (UNI) A three day national workshop on applications of logistic regression in health sciences will be held here July 30.

As many as 35 participants are expected to attend the workshop, organized by the Department of Statistics, Manipal University.

Dr Jayseelan, Professor and Head, Department of Biostatistics, CMC, Vellore and a leading international expert in logistic regression analysis of health science data, will be the main resource person for this programme said a press release issued by the University here today.

The workshop will conclude with a special talk on 'Cluster Randomized Trails' by Dr Jayseelan on August One.
