Prominent Punjabi film director hospitalised

Chandigarh, Jul 28 (UNI) Prominent Punjabi film actor-director-producer, Bhag Singh who has been ill for quite sometime was today hospitalised after his condition deteriorated.

According to family sources, Bhag Singh was admitted to a private hospital here. His condition was stated to be critical.

Bhag Singh who retired as Joint Director from the Punjab Public Relations department directed, produced and acted in a number of Punjabi films. He also authored a number of Punjabi books on folk, dance and literature.
