No arrests in connection with Ahmedabad serial blasts : Raj Police

Jaipur, Jul 28 (UNI) Two fake tantriks were picked up during precautionary search at a hotel in Udaipur this morning but the arrest has no link with the Ahmedabad serial blasts, Inspector General of Police (Udaipur Zone) NRK Reddy said.

The duo, hailing from Uttar Pradesh, used to solve people's problems through occult methods, Mr Reddy said.

They were staying in a local hotel and were picked up for interrogation during a search operation, he told UNI over phone.

However, they were having no direct or indirect link with the Ahmedabad serial blasts, Mr Reddy clarified.

Police also denied reports aired in the electronic media about arrest of a beggar in Jaipur in connection with the Saturday serial blasts.
