Appoint advisors, Union Minister Soz to J
Srinagar, Jul 28 (UNI) Union Minister of Water Resources Prof Saifuddin Soz today suggested Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra to appoint advisors and also set up citizen's council in Jammu to restore peace there.
Prof Soz suggested to Mr Vohra to appoint the advisors as soon as possible during his meeting at Raj Bhawan here today.
He said appointment of advisors will help dispose off administrative matters.
Prof Soz also urged governor to set up a citizens council in Jammu so that misinformation campaign on certain issues by vested interested is rectified and real facts get highlighted in public interest.
A press release issued by the Congress party said Prof Soz also discussed latest political situation in the state with Mr Vohra.
He also brought into the notice of Mr Vohra several problems being faced by the people of the state.
It said Mr Vohra assured Prof Soz that he will resolve the problems of the people.
