'Irregularities' in Chhattisgarh voters' list: Congress
Raipur, Jul 26 (UNI) Congress Chhattisgarh unit President Dhanendra Sahu today alleged heavy irregularities in the state voters' list and demanded that the Election Commission postpone the last date -- July 30 - for review.
''There are reports of heavy irregularities in preparation of the list, which is incomplete as yet and more than 40 per cent of the voters' photographs in the list were from non-existant areas. People were going from pillar to post to get themselves photographed,'' he said.
Mr Sahu also demanded a probe by the commission.
