Any Ideas On Legal Reform To Curb Road Accidents?
New Delhi, Jul 25 (UNI) Members of the public are invited by India's Law Commission to give their suggestions for legal reforms to combat road accidents, the Law and Justice Ministry said today.
The Commission preparing its recommendations to the government has put its proposals on the subject in a consultation paper on its website: http://www.lawcommissionofindia.nic.in.
Any views, suggestions or comments might be sent within 15 days to Member-Secretary, Law Commission of India, ILI Building, Bhagwan Das Road, New Delhi-110001 or emailed to [email protected].
Any enquiries about the consultation paper may also be addressed to the Member-Secretary.
