SER restores services of eight more trains

Kolkata, Jul 24 (UNI) South Eastern Railway has decided to restore eight more passenger trains on their original Kharagpur-Bhadrak section in phases from today.

The Howrah-Puri-Santragachi Passenger, which was running between Puri and Contai road, was restored today from both ends from Puri and Howrah.

The 6324/6323 Shalimar-Thiruvananthapuram-Shalimar Express will be restored from Shalimar on July 27 and from Thiruvanthapuram a day earlier.

The 2663/2664 Howrah-Trichi-Howrah Express will be restored from Howrah on July 28 and from Kaniyakumari on July 26. The 2660/2659 Shalimar-Nagercoil-Shalimar Gurudeb Express will be restored from Shalimar from July 30 and from Nagercoil on July 27.

The 8475/8476 Puri-New Delhi Neelachal Express via Tatanagar will be restored from Puri on July 27 and from New Delhi on July 29.

The 2815/2816 Puri-New Delhi Superfast Expresss via Adra will be restored from Puri July 28 and from New Delhi on July 30.

The train services on Kharagpur-Bhadrak section had been suspended since June 17 after flood waters damaged the tracks near Kharagpur, an SER release said.
