Intel Capital to invest $17mn in 3 companies

New Delhi, Jul 24: Intel Capital, a global investment organisation of Intel Corporation, on Thursday, July 24 said it will invest 17 million dollars in yatra.com, buzzintown.com and Emnet Samsara Media Ltd.

''The company will invest in three companies and the funds will be infused by Intel Capital India Technology Fund,'' Intel Capital President and Intel Executive Vice President Arvind Sodhani told reporters here. The 250 million dollar Intel Capital India Technology Fund invests in Indian technology companies to help stimulate local technological innovation and the continued growth of the country's IT industry.
