Unlicensed drug sale outlets sealed in Jammu

Jammu, Jul 23 (UNI) In a raid conducted by the Drug and Food Control organisation, four unlicensed drug sale outlets were sealed in twin districts of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said here today.

''A team inspected the Ramnagar, Keerian Gandyal areas on specific information and sealed four unlicensed drug sale outlets on the spot in Kathua and Samba districts,'' the sources told UNI.

In another raid conducted in Muthi area in the city outskirts, six drug licenses were suspended.

The defaulters have been booked for violation of the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetic Act.
