MMTC Q1 net up 38.09% at Rs 53.76 cr

New Delhi, Jul 23: MMTC Ltd today said its net profit has increased 38.09 per cent to Rs 53.76 crore for the quarter ended June 2008 as compared to Rs 38.93 crore for the corresponding period last year. The company's total income for Q1 FY09 grew 60.80 per cent to Rs 9,782.40 crore whereas it was Rs 6,083.42 crore during Q1 FY08.
