Road blockade in Pondy

Puducherry, July 22 (UNI) Traffic to Cuddalore was affected for some time today as the parents of the students of a Government school at Ariyankuppam resorted to a road blockade in front of the school.

The agitation was to protest the stopping of buses in front of the school, causing hindrance to the students.

Police held talks with them and pacified them, assuring proper action.
