Responsive Industries shareholders approve amalgamation
New Delhi, Jul 22 (UNI) Responsive Industries Ltd today said its shareholders and creditors have approved the amalgamation of Responsive Polymers International Ltd with the company.
''The members and the unsecured creditors of the company, at court convened meetings held yesterday, have unanimously approved the scheme of amalgamation of Responsive Polymers International Ltd with the company,'' the Mumbai-based company said in a statement.
Responsive Industries is involved in the production of 30,000 metric tones of international class PVC products.
