Maya using officials to keep six SP MPs captive:Amar
New Delhi, Jul 22 (UNI) Just a few hours before the voting on the trust motion, Samajwadi Party General Secretary Amar Singh alleged that BSP chief Mayawati was keeping six of his MPs in captivity in the UP Sadan here.
Talking to reporters, he said the BSP was feeling jittery over its prospects and so had resorted to highandedness to achieve its objectives.
Mr Singh said the BSP chief was using official machinery to prevent SP MPs from casting their vote and he even named two officials who were allegedly assisting in the task.
Replying to a question on the reported statement of Railway Minister and RJD leader Lalu Prasad on Ms Mayawati, the SP leader said he had nothing personal against the BSP leader, and had no problem with her Dalit background for her candidature for any post of the country.
