Cong win in trust vote a win for development, progress; Sheila
New Delhi, Jul 22 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today congratulated Dr Manmohan Singh-led UPA Government on winning the trust vote in Parliament, describing it as a ''win for development and progress'' of the country.
''The UPA Government's win in the trust vote in Parliament is a win for development, a win for progress. It is a win for the truth,'' the Chief Minister said in a congratulatory message immediately after the UPA Government won the confidence vote in the Lok Sabha.
