Two union leaders of Pfizer injured in firing
Mumbai, Jul 21 (UNI) Two union leaders of pharma major Pfizer were seriously injured after four unidentified gunmen allegedly fired at them while they were standing at the company's entry gate at Turbhe in Navi Mumbai.
According to a preliminary report here, the leaders -- Santosh Bhosle and Santosh Wagh -- were standing near the company gate, when four unknown persons travelling in a car fired at them and sped away, injuring them. They were rushed to Municipal Hospital at Vashi, where their condition is stated to be critical.
The Turbhe police station has registered an offence of attempt to commit murder against the unknown persons and further investigations are on, police said.
