Bahrain Air announces new flights on Kochi-Jeddah sector

Kochi, Jul 19 (UNI) Premium low price carrier Bahrain Air today announced the launch of a twice-a-week flight from Kochi to Jeddah via Bahrain from July 23.

The flights will be operational on Mondays and Wednesdays from Kochi and on Mondays from Jeddah, an airline release said here today. As an introductory offer, the fares on the first three flights from Kochi, inclusive of taxes, would be Rs 11,800 (one way). This offer is 40 per cent lower than full service airlines, it said.

The new flights will be operated by modern Airbus 320 aircraft.

Bahrain Air flight 2B 322/151 will leave Kochi at 0230 hrs and arrive at Jeddah at 1350 hrs on July 23. The return flight 2B 152/321 will leave Jeddah at 0250 hrs and arrive in Kochi at 1805hrs on July 28.
