Gujarat NRE Q1 net up 120.45% at Rs 94.40 cr

New Delhi, Jul 18 (UNI) Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd today said its net profit has increased 120.45 per cent to Rs 94.40 crore for the quarter ended June 2008 as compared to Rs 42.82 crore for the same period last year.

Total income has increased 150.76 per cent to Rs 382.12 crore for Q1 FY09 from Rs 152.38 crore for the same period last fiscal.

The Group's net profit stood at Rs 121.45 crore, while its total income was Rs 403.77 crore for the quarter ended June 2008.
