CBI sleuths arrest bank manager for taking bribe in Bihar

Madhubani, Jul 18: A team of CBI sleuths arrested a public sector bank manager here yesterday on a charge of accepting a bribe from a customer.

Official sources said here today that Vijay Kumar Mondal, manager of the local branch of Allahabad Bank, was caught red-handed while accpeting Rs 5,000 at his residence here.

Acting on a tip-off from the customer,the CBI officials laid a trap and arrested Mondal.
