Sonia leaves for New Delhi

Vijayawada, July 17 (UNI) Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi left for New delhi by a special flight this evening after a seven-hour visit to Andhra Pradesh.

She was seen off at the Gannavaram Airport by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, State Ministers, MPs, MLAs, Krishna District Collector Shailoja Ramaiyar and others.

AICC General Secretary, and incharge of Andhra Pradesh affairs Veerappa Moily also accompained Ms Gandhi.

Prior to her departure, she met public representatives and party workers at the airport.

Before reaching the Gannavaram Airport, she interacted with women members of self-help groups.
