Shahabuddin granted permission to attend Parliament on July 21-22

Patna, Jul 16 (UNI) Patna High Court today granted permission to Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) MP Mohammad Shahabuddin to participate in the special session of Parliament on July 21 and 22.

A Division Bench of the Court, comprising Justice Shiv Kirti Singh and Justice Abhijeet Sinha, granted the permission to the RJD MP.

Earlier, Md Shahabuddin made a plea to the court to grant him permission to go to Delhi for participating in the two-day long special session of Parliament and cast his vote.

The RJD MP from Siwan is presently under police custody in connection with the charge of kidnapping for ransom.
