Seminar on Women in Media to be held in Panaji
Panaji, July 16(UNI) A two-day regional seminar on ''Women in Media: Fighting Stereotype, Identity&Gender'' will be held here from July 19.
It is being jointly organized by Media Information and Communication Centre of India, New Delhi, International Centre Goa and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung - India.
Mr Shrinivas Dempo, Life Trustee, International Centre Goa and Chairman, Dempo Group of companies, will inaugurate the seminar, while Dr Pramod Salgaocar, Chairperson, Goa State Commission for Women will deliver the keynote address.
