Jewellery Pearl and Gem Fair-2008 from July 24

Hyderabad, July 18 (UNI) Over 150 exhibitors from all over India and abroad are expected to attend the four-day Hyderabad Jewellery Pearl and Gem Fair-2008, begining on July 24 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre here.

The fair would have special group pavilions from Thailand and Hong Kong. At least 15 countries and regions, including Taiwan, Italy, Burma, Japan, Belgium, Israel, Turkey and Middle East, would participate in the event, a release said here today.

The fair is aimed to provide an international platform for buying and selling of fine jewellery, pearls, diamonds, gems and other precious materials, M Gandhi, Managing Director, CMP India, said.

The event coincides with the onset of the festive season and bound to attract thousands of visitors from India and abroad, the release said.

The event, organised by the CMP, is supported by Twin City Jewellery Association, Hitech City Jewellery Manufacturers Association and Andhra Pradesh Gold, Silver, Jewellery and Diamond Merchants Association and Jewellery Manufacturers Association in Kerala.
