Asian CERC launches reportsjuntion.com

New Delhi, Jul 16 (UNI) Asian CERC Information Technology Ltd today said it has launched a new website for providing repository of company data at a subscription rate of Rs 4,999 per annum.

''The website will offer more than 60,000 documents covering Annual Reports and IPO prospectus since 1995 and offer documents and quarterly results,'' a company statement said.

The service is targeted at an array of users like chartered accountants, company secretaries, research organisations, banks, stock brokers, mutual funds registered and unregistered portfolio managers.

The product is offered at a subscription price of Rs 4,999 (including taxes) per annum for any 500 documents downloaded, it added.
