One dies, two structures gutted in Kashmir

Srinagar, Jul 15 (UNI) One person died while two structures were gutted in a fire in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said Liyaqat Ahmad Shah died under mysterious circumstances at Gujarpati Manigam, Ganderbal.

Police have initiated an investigation, they said.

Two houses were gutted in a fire at New Theed Harwan and Jabdi Tad. The cause of the fire was not known, they said, adding no one was injured.
