Eva Mendes recommends Latinos to go for therapy

Washington, July 15 : Eva Mendes is so impressed with therapy that she is recommending it to the people of the Latin community.

The Cuban-American actress claims that while counselling was frowned upon when she grew up, it has actually enriched her life.

The '2 Fast 2 Furious' actress insists that it is now that she has discovered the benefits of sharing her problems.

"I love therapy. It has just enriched my life. I come from a family, from a heritage where you don't really go to therapy unless you're crazy," Contactmusic quoted Mendes, as telling Interview magazine.

She added: "I want people to know that that's so not the case. It's enriching."
